Lives are shaped by struggle, by work that does not end, by loss, uncertainty, and weight that never fully lifts. And still, there is something inside that keeps us moving. A kind of inner contact that sustains from deep within, a connection to what is greater than the self. It does not make things easy. It does not erase pain or remove obstacles. But it nourishes from within, gives meaning, and prevents despair from hollowing life out. This deep inner connection is the touch of grace. It allows the heart to remain open when it would be easier to harden. It allows dignity to survive where conditions are harsh. It keeps the flame of faith alive.
On our yogic journey, we move with this understanding. We do not deny effort or bypass difficulty. We practice feeling what truly supports us when life demands endurance, turning inward toward the source that infinitely nourishes from within. Grace does not change the world outside. It changes how deeply life can be lived from within.

The boundless, infinite nature of the divine finds rest within the seemingly fragile embrace of a mother holding her child. In this very moment, eternity shelters itself within a single heartbeat, showing how the expanse of time and space can be held in the humblest, most tender act of love. Love becomes the sacred vessel through which the infinite is revealed and known, presenting the divine as intimately present in vulnerability and care. This meeting of fragility and eternity invites us to recognize the sacred in everyday moments of devotion, steady love, surrender, and nurturing care. Like an ancient source of compassion that cradles hope itself, these qualities reveal the limitless capacity to love without condition, even in times of difficulty and struggle. Through the intimate embrace of life exactly as it arises in the present moment, love is born anew in humility, vulnerability, and grace, guiding us to align our actions with what is just, true, and reflective of our deepest nature.

Redemption does not need to descend from above or beyond. It burns in every being whose awareness has turned inward to its divine source, remembering the light that was never lost and daring to live it through every breath.
No savior will arrive to heal a broken world. Divinity already breathes through each heart. It is up to the individual to make the conscious choice to care, to act, and to live in truth. We are not spectators to creation, we are its continuation. Every thought and deed shapes the direction of existence. We redeem the world we share only when we refuse numbness, when we face the suffering around us and answer with presence, compassion, and courage fulfilling our purpose in life, with no attachment to the outcome of our actions. To live like this is to serve the greater unfolding of humanity and the world as a whole.

discovered yoga in 2000 while temporarily living in New York for her law studies. Her first experience with Jivamukti Yoga ignited a deep and lifelong dedication to the practice, shaping her path as both student and teacher. In 2008, she founded Yogaloft Berlin, which in 2009 became Jivamukti Yoga Berlin, now known as Three Boons Yoga Berlin, creating a space where the richness of yogic tradition merges with a modern, vibrant community.
For many years, Anja, who is advanced certified in the Jivamukti Yoga method and has been teaching ever since, has been a mentor and facilitator of teacher trainings, guiding students through the Jivamukti method with a profound emphasis on both its philosophical roots and practical application. Her teaching is deeply informed by the ancient wisdom of the Upaniṣads and the Advaita Vedānta tradition, offering a clear, direct approach to Non-Duality (Oneness). She views teaching as an extension of her own practice, an act of sharing that allows both teacher and student to continuously learn, refine, and grow.
Through her classes, Anja inspires students to cultivate clarity, simplicity, a strong and steady connection to all aspects of life, and to discover the inner peace that dedicated practice reveals as our natural state. She encourages an experiential understanding of the teachings, where glimpses of deep insight emerge through consistent effort and devotion.
At Three Boons Yoga, Anja remains committed to honoring the transformative power of yoga while fostering an inclusive and engaged community in Berlin and beyond.
