Nina still remembers her first Jivamukti-class: Fast movements, loud music, words, that really touched her heart. Already after her first class she knew: This is where she belongs. From that day on she came nearly every day back to her mat. Only later she began to understand, that Yoga is also a spiritual praxis and this made her understand even more why she was so drawn to it.

In 2019 she did her Spiritual Warrior Teacher Training with Anja Kühnel, half a year later she travelled to India to do her 300 hours Teacher Training with Jules Febre and Rima Rabbath. In 2024 she started her mentorship with Rowena Johnson.

Yoga means love for her, dedication and compassion. Yoga makes her feel her body, makes her listen deeply to herself and find some inner peace. On her mat her heart opens up: For all living beings around her and also again and again for herself.

Nina likes powerful classes, sequences, in which you find little challenges, poses that allows her to get to know her and her body a little better. She is looking forward to meet you.
