It is a unique opportunity that serves both as excellent continuing education for teachers and as profound personal development for yoga students.

Through her luminous presence and timeless knowledge, Shubhraji helps us uncover how the wisdom of yoga philosophy can illuminate our path, deepen our practice, and transform the way we live. Let us come together for this rare chance to engage deeply with teachings that nurture both clarity of mind and expansion of heart.

Tue. Oct. 28, 18:00 - 20:00 3Boons Mitte + Live-Stream: THE FOUR AIMS OF HUMAN LIFE (PURUṢĀRTHAS)

In the ancient wisdom of Vedānta, human life is not seen as random or fragmented but as a journey guided by four luminous aims known as the Puruṣārthas. They invite us to live with Dharma, aligning our actions with truth and moral clarity, to welcome Artha, cultivating prosperity and a responsible relationship with the material world, to embrace Kāma, honoring love, beauty, and the joy of human experience, and finally to seek Mokṣa, the highest freedom that comes with self-realization and liberation. Together, these four aims form a compass that helps us navigate both the outer and inner dimensions of life, balancing worldly engagement with the call of the spirit.

In this workshop Shubhraji will unfold the significance of these timeless aims and show how they can be understood and applied in modern life. Far from being abstract ideals, the Puruṣārthas are a practical compass that leads us toward balance, integrity, and inner freedom. This evening offers a rare chance to explore how the wisdom of Vedānta can illuminate our path and guide us toward a life of clarity, purpose, and spiritual depth.

Wed. Oct. 29, 18:00 - 20:00 3Boons Mitte + Live-Stream: DISCOVERING THE POWER OF FORGIVENESS

The practice of forgiveness is a profound doorway to freedom. It releases us from the weight of emotional wounds that can silently impede our progress on many levels of life. To forgive is not only to heal ourselves, it is also to release those whom we believe have caused us harm.

In this workshop Shubhraji will share the Vedāntic perspective on forgiveness, exploring both why we forgive and how forgiveness can be practiced in a way that transforms our inner landscape. With her guidance we will look at how letting go restores our clarity, frees our mental energy, and allows us to experience the liberating power of the heart.

This evening invites you to discover forgiveness as a living practice that awakens compassion, strength, and peace within.

Thu. Oct. 30, 18:00 - 20:00 3Boons Mitte + Live-Stream: THE DAKṢIṆĀMŪRTI STOTRAM — HYMN TO THE FIRST TEACHER (ŚIVA)

Among the treasures of Advaita Vedānta, the Dakṣiṇāmūrti Stotram holds a special place. In just a few verses it unveils profound insights into the nature of knowledge, the Self (Ātman), and ultimate reality. Rooted in the living tradition of wisdom, this hymn points us directly toward freedom from ignorance and the recognition of our own true essence.

Śrī Dakṣiṇāmūrti is Śiva in the form of the Guru, seated beneath the great banyan tree facing south, silently transmitting the highest truth to the ancient seers. As the embodiment of knowledge, he represents that timeless presence in which the disciple’s doubts dissolve and the light of understanding dawns.

In this workshop Shubhraji will present and unfold select verses of the Dakṣiṇāmūrti Stotram, revealing their deep meaning in a way that is both accessible and transformative. Through her guidance, we will explore how these ancient words are not distant philosophy, but living teachings that speak directly to our own spiritual journey.

This evening offers the chance to sit at the feet of the first teacher and receive a glimpse of the wisdom that has been passed down through the centuries. It is the luminous knowledge that frees us from ignorance and awakens us to the Self.
